MY SPIRITUAL RETREAT is where I find comfort for my spirit, mind and body. It is a place in fact and in consciousness where I feel peace and indwelling oneness.

Contrary to what I have expected for years, my body is comfortable at all times. It is contented because I think it is comfortable. It is at ease because that is my expectation for myself. I speak my word and my word is the Law for my body. So when I say I lay my head down and I am instantly asleep, so I am instantly asleep in my spiritual retreat.

It has nothing to do with the feathers in my bed, the temperature of my water bed, the cozy blankets which snuggle about me I create my comfort with my thought and I am unconscious to anything about me which formerly had made me comfortable. I instantly fall asleep and dwell in the land of nod, the land of dreams, the land of peace and unconditional love.

With this, I awaken alert alive enthusiastic about life. I rise on wings of eagles to soar into the new day with triumphant ideas, undreamed of goals and amazing accomplishments. I awaken alert alive enthusiastic about life. I am a happy being.

My spiritual retreat is where comfort is my creation. I live daily in my spiritual retreat 24-hours-daily. I am the creator of every instant of my day AN INSTANT AT A TIME. There is only the infinite present and I live in this present instant joyously, fulfilled and at one with all. All my choice!
